This Privacy Policy explains how Altitude Nation Inc. ("Altitude Nation," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit altitudenation.site, book a class, or interact with our studio.

- To manage class bookings and memberships.
- To ensure your safety during altitude training.
- To process payments and maintain records.
- To communicate schedule changes, offers, and updates.
- To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations.
4. Consent
By booking a class or providing personal information, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure as described here. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@altitudenation.site, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
5. Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers — booking platforms, payment processors, IT hosting.
- Professional advisors — accountants, lawyers, insurers.
- Authorities — where required by law or court order.
6. Cookies
Our website uses strictly necessary and analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly as a result.
7. Retention
Membership and booking records are retained for at least 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Marketing inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a membership is activated.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting contact@altitudenation.site. We respond within 30 days.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to altitudenation.site and your participation in classes and programs offered by Altitude Nation Inc. By using the site or booking a class, you agree to these Terms.
2. Website Use
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or republish its content without written permission. All images, text, and designs are protected by copyright.
3. Participation & Health
High-altitude training involves reduced oxygen levels. By participating, you confirm that:
- You are physically fit to participate in intense exercise.
- You have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or medications to our staff.
- You understand the risks associated with simulated altitude training.
- You will follow all safety instructions from instructors.
We recommend consulting a physician before starting any altitude training program.
4. Bookings & Payment
Class bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Cancellations made at least 12 hours before class may be rescheduled; late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the session.
5. Memberships
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for partially used membership periods.
6. Waiver of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that Altitude Nation Inc., its directors, instructors, and staff are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation in classes, except where caused by our gross negligence. A separate waiver must be signed before your first class.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including branding, text, images, and programming — is owned by Altitude Nation Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

2. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML and logical heading structure.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Sufficient color contrast (checked against WCAG AA).

- Support for browser zoom and text resizing up to 200%.
- Testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).
- Accessible entrance and facilities at our Vaughan studio.
3. Known Limitations
- Third-party booking platforms — ClassPass and Wodify may not fully meet AA standards.
- Altitude chamber — some participants with certain medical conditions may not be able to use the chamber. Please contact us for alternatives.
If you encounter a barrier, we will work with you to provide the information or service you need in an alternative format.
